I am Hamashiach's minister (1 Timothy 4:6) and that I am the descendant of Noah and of the sovereign יְהֹוָה

He (Lord יְהוֹשׁוּעַ /Yahushua Ha Mashiach) shall shew (prove), who is the blessed and only Potentate (Sovereign), the King of kings, and Lord of lords (1Timothy 6:15)

 

For יְהֹוָה (LORD) my God (אֱלֹהִים) is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:  (Deuteronomy 10:17) It is the Royal Law (Torah) according to the scriptures that I shalt love my neighbour as myself and if I have respect to PERSONS I commit sin, and am convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all (James 2:8-9, Deuteronomy 1:17; 16:19).

 

I am obeying the Voice of יְהֹוָה and keep His Covenant that is why I am a peculiar treasure above all people because all the earth is His and it is agreed by me that in my private capacity that I belong to a kingdom of priests a Holy Nation (Exodus 19:5-6).

 

יְהוֹשׁוּעַ gave me power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils I have it freely received and freely will give it (Matthew 10:1+8).

My authority comes from the most high god יְהֹוָה (acts 16:17) and He is King of Kings and LORD of Lords, the LORD that is within this vessel that I speak from. I am being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. (Romans 15:16). I am baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:2). The Holy Ghost, whom ְיְהֹוָה has send in יְהוֹשׁוּעַ (Yahushua’s) name is my comforter and shall teach me all things in remembrance what יְהוֹשׁוּעַ said. (John 14:26).

 

My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in me. (1Corinthians 6:19) He (יְהוֹשׁוּעַ) through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: (Acts 1:2) I am His witness of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God gives to them that obey him. (Acts 5:32) I received power, after that the Holy Ghost came upon me. (Acts 1:8)

My King and Brother (Matthew 12:50, Isaiah 43:15) Yahushua / Yeshua / Jesus is King of Kings (Revelation 19:16). His titles will be: Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6). To him is given all power in heaven and on earth (Matt. 28: 18-20). Yahushua / Jesus is Who is the faithful Witness and the Firstborn from the dead and the Chief of the Kings of the earth. To Him who loved us, and washed us from our sins in His blood. And Who made us kings and priests unto God's His Father (Revelation 1: 5-6).

 

I am the sister and mother of Yahushua (Matthew 12:50) and I have been given the freedom to be servants of God and Yahushua (1Petrus 2:16, Matthew 10: 24-25, John 15:16, 13: 3- 17 {16]) and a servant is not greater than his lord (John 15:20) and He has sent us (John 20:21) and has sent us into service, and over all the power of the enemy; and no thing will damage us (Luke 10:19).

I am a woman (אָדָם) with a body of flesh and blood / soul (Leviticus 17:11) (Genesis 9: 4-6), for God has made man in His image with the Holy Spirit am I His witness unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1: 8) I can judge everything and myself I will not be judged by anyone. (1 Corinthians 2:15) I have a natural (seeded) and spiritual (cheerful) body (1 Corinthians 15: 1-58 [44]) and He (Yahushua) our God His Father (YHWH) has made us kings and priests and we will rule as kings on the earth (Revelation 5:10), for behold from my God, from YHWH the heaven, and the heaven of heavens, and also from the earth, and with all that is in it is Sovereign. (Deuteronomy 10:14) We will be a priestly kingdom and a holy people (Exodus 19: 6). He has sealed the law among his disciples (Isaiah 8:16). This is the Covenant that YHWH made with the House of Israel and Judah that His law is given within me and written in my heart, He is my God (Judge שָׁפַט / Elohim אֱלֹהִים) and I belong to HIM (יְהֹוָה). (Jeremiah 31: 31-33) and Yahushua / Jesus gave me the Holy Spirit because I kept His rules and asked YHWH to receive them (Luke 11:13, Acts 5:32). Yahushua baptized me with the Holy Spirit and with fire in the name of Father (YHWH) Son (Yahushua) and the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:16, Matthew 28:19) this is a seal of God with which I am sealed until the day of redemption (Efeziers 4:30).

I understand that King William Alexander, according to the Constitution of 1815, has no more sovereignty but a Crown (human Kingship). In YHWH (יְהֹוָה) / ELOHIM (אֱלֹהִים) HIS legal systems take into account poor people (Deuteronomy 15: 7-18), widows and orphans (1 older family) (Exodus 22: 21-24) elderly, foreigners and sick people. In HIS law system every 7 years old debt is waived (Deuteronomy 15: 1-18).

Er is geen enkele reden om aan te nemen dat ik een Nederlands Staatsburger zou zijn een slaaf van een menselijk systeem. (*lees voor de verwijzingen zelf in de Bijbel/geschriften)

Ik ben op de gebruikelijke corruptie gestuit van het vals juridiseren van documenten. Daarmee zijn de rechtbanken, Belastingdienst e.d. in verlegenheid gebracht, met hun eigen controle- en check afdeling 'apostille'. Het is nu gewoon zichtbaar: "The Law for thee, but not for me"! De werkwijze van ontnemingen is nu blootgelegd als een criminele werkwijze, waarmee nieuwe wetgeving per 1 april is ingegaan omtrent de plicht om schuldenaren transparant te voorzien van gevraagde info. Nu worden deurwaarders dus gedwongen om vermeende machtigingen op geldigheid te controleren. Er is al lang geen sprake meer van een 'democratische rechtsorde' a.g.v. de ondermijning door 'de nieuwe wereld orde'. Wanneer de overheid niet genoeg heeft aan 1 geheime dienst tegen gevaar vanuit het buitenland, maar een scala aan duister opererende "Informatie- en Expertisecentra" nodig heeft, gericht op het eigen volk, dan weet je dat er zich een geweten aan het ontplooien is bij de zichzelf ondermijnende overheid. Ik heb nooit God ZIJN wetten ontkent, maar ik gebruik nu juist de menselijke wetten als spiegel tegen de handhavers die de wet niet kennen en met voeten treden. Ik word nu net als zovelen systeemslachtoffers onder hetzelfde noemer geplaatst. Deze goed geoliede staatscorruptie denktank moet hun handen afblijven van mij en mijn gezin. Uitgangspunt is dat ik als acteur van de stroman/fictie genaamd natuurlijk persoon (James 2:9, Deuteronomy 1:17 + 19:15) gemachtigd zou moeten zijn in de rechtspraak en dit wordt gewoon genegeerd door de vermeende rechtbanken/rechters en andere vermeende seculaire overheden.

 

Mijn geld wil ik niet besteden aan oorlogen en chemtrails en aan een seculaire regering/overheid die niet mijn overheid is en het (gestolen) geld om hele andere reden uitgeeft om zijn eigen grieven te bevredigen.

Dat kan en mag niet. En daar leg ik mijn grens.

Rechtspraak staat voor wat rechters doen: rechtspreken, een beslissing nemen in een rechtszaak. Rechtspraak met een hoofdletter heeft een andere betekenis. Daarmee wordt de rechterlijke organisatie bedoeld, waarbij de rechters werken.

Mensen, bedrijven, organisaties of overheidsinstanties kunnen een rechtszaak beginnen als ze het ergens niet eens over worden. Ze vragen de rechter dan om een oordeel, waar alle betrokkenen zich aan moeten houden. Rechters kijken dan naar de feiten waar het om gaat en naar de bronnen van het recht. Dat zijn wetten en regels, uitspraken van andere – hogere – rechters en regels die zijn vastgelegd in internationale verdragen. Maar ook gewoontes en gebruiken: zaken die niet zijn opgeschreven, maar die iedereen normaal vindt.

Ik wil niet dat mijn geld voor oorlogen, chemtrails gebruikt worden en corrupte mensen die zichzelf ambtenaar en STAAT noemen. Een juridisch bindend document is een overeenkomst die tussen twee partijen is gesloten en waarbij specifieke handelingen zijn verboden of vereist voor een van de partijen of voor beide partijen. Een huurovereenkomst voor een appartement is bijvoorbeeld een juridisch bindend contract, omdat de huurder en de verhuurder bij de ondertekening van dit document instemmen met een aantal voorwaarden. De verhuurder stemt er vaak mee in het appartement voor een bepaalde tijd in een bepaalde staat te geven, terwijl de huurder ermee instemt elke maand een vast bedrag aan huur te betalen en niet deel te nemen aan gedragingen die destructief zijn.

Om een contract of overeenkomst juridisch bindend te laten zijn, moet er sprake zijn van overweging, dat is wanneer beide partijen erkennen dat zij weten waar zij mee instemmen. Als een persoon wordt bedrogen, gedwongen, of gedwongen tot een overeenkomst, zal dit niet worden beschouwd als juridisch bindend.

Wat maakt een juridisch bindend document?

• De handtekening bindt beide partijen aan de voorwaarden.
• Het contract notarieel laten vastleggen bewijst dat elke partij het document heeft ondertekend (aangezien niemand kan beweren dat hun handtekening is vervalst).
• Het document heeft het merkteken en zegel van de notaris.

Een notarieel vastgelegd document is een veilige manier om het contract te ondertekenen, maar het document zal nog steeds juridisch bindend zijn zonder notarieel te zijn vastgelegd. Het is belangrijk dat u het document zorgvuldig formuleert, want u moet alle essentiële voorwaarden opnemen. Als u een punt vergeet op te nemen in het document, bestaat het niet in de overeenkomst. De formulering maakt duidelijk waartoe elke partij wettelijk verplicht is. Een slecht geformuleerde overeenkomst kan tot verkeerde interpretaties leiden. Het contract zal nog steeds juridisch bindend zijn, maar de rechter kan de woorden op hun eigen voorwaarden interpreteren.

Overeenkomstonderdeel van een contract

Het overeenkomstonderdeel van een contract omvat tegenbiedingen, aanbiedingen, en een verstandhouding. Als u een taxi naar het vliegveld neemt, gaat u er mondeling mee akkoord dat u een bepaald bedrag betaalt als u op uw eindbestemming aankomt. Bepaalde contracten moeten echter schriftelijk worden vastgelegd, zoals vastgoedcontracten of contracten met een looptijd van meer dan een jaar. Elke staat heeft zijn eigen wettelijke voorschriften, en deze moeten worden geraadpleegd om te zien welke voorschriften in een contract moeten staan dat u maakt.

Tijdens het overeenkomstenproces biedt de ene partij bepaalde voorwaarden aan die de andere partij ofwel aanvaardt ofwel verwerpt. Als een partij besluit haar voorwaarden te wijzigen, wordt het aanbod een tegenaanbod. De partijen kunnen dan elke voorwaarde of voorwaarde van het aanbod wijzigen. Zij blijven onderhandelen over de voorwaarden totdat zij tot een verstandsovereenstemming zijn gekomen, dat is wanneer zij tot overeenstemming zijn gekomen en een contract kan worden gevormd.

Beide partijen moeten bekwaam zijn om de overeenkomst te sluiten. Zij mogen niet onder invloed van alcohol of drugs zijn, niet bij zinnen zijn, of jonger zijn dan 18 jaar. Om de overeenkomst te kunnen sluiten, moeten zij handelingsbekwaam zijn. Dit geldt in het bijzonder voor personen met een belang van buitenaf, zoals een derde of een bedrijf.

Overweging bij een overeenkomst

Er moet sprake zijn van een tegenprestatie, wil een overeenkomst bindend en rechtsgeldig zijn. Dit betekent dat elke partij iets van waarde of tegenprestatie moet ontvangen. Zo niet, dan wordt het beschouwd als een geschenk in plaats van een contract. Een geschenk beloofd krijgen is niet bindend, afhankelijk van wat de omstandigheden zijn. Tegenprestatie is wanneer de ene partij iets geeft, zoals een dienst of product, en de andere partij in ruil daarvoor een geldelijke vergoeding geeft.
