Het niet beantwoorden van de vragen conform Artikel 21 Rechtsvordering, wil zeggen dat dit een corrupte bende is waarvan de uitspraak bij een rechtbank of waar dan ook, dus ook niet serieus genomen moet worden.
U heeft nul bevoegdheden jegens levende mensen en alles wat u doet, is gebaseerd op leugens, bedrog, verkeerde voorstelling van zaken, valsheid in geschrifte, dwang, dwaling, oplichting, afpersing, mensenhandel, meineed, daar valt niets meer van te maken.

For יְהֹוָה (LORD) my God (אֱלֹהִים) is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:  (Deuteronomy 10:17) It is the Royal Law (Torah) according to the scriptures that I shalt love my neighbour as myself and if I have respect to PERSONS I commit sin, and am convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all (James 2:8-9, Deuteronomy 1:17; 16:19).

 

I am obeying the Voice of יְהֹוָה and keep His Covenant that is why I am a peculiar treasure above all people because all the earth is His and it is agreed by me that in my private capacity that I belong to a kingdom of priests a Holy Nation (Exodus 19:5-6).

 

יְהוֹשׁוּעַ gave me power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils I have it freely received and freely will give it (Matthew 10:1+8).

My authority comes from the most high god יְהֹוָה (acts 16:17) and He is King of Kings and LORD of Lords, the LORD that is within this vessel that I speak from. I am being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. (Romans 15:16). I am baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:2). The Holy Ghost, whom ְיְהֹוָה has send in יְהוֹשׁוּעַ (Yahushua’s) name is my comforter and shall teach me all things in remembrance what יְהוֹשׁוּעַ said. (John 14:26).

I am the sister and mother of Yahushua (Matthew 12:50) and I have been given the freedom to be servants of God and Yahushua (1Petrus 2:16, Matthew 10: 24-25, John 15:16, 13: 3- 17 {16]) and a servant is not greater than his lord (John 15:20) and He has sent us (John 20:21) and has sent us into service, and over all the power of the enemy; and no thing will damage us (Luke 10:19).

I am a woman (אָדָם) with a body of flesh and blood / soul (Leviticus 17:11) (Genesis 9: 4-6), for God has made man in His image with the Holy Spirit am I His witness unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1: 8) I can judge everything and myself I will not be judged by anyone. (1 Corinthians 2:15) I have a natural (seeded) and spiritual (cheerful) body (1 Corinthians 15: 1-58 [44]) and He (Yahushua) our God His Father (YHWH) has made us kings and priests and we will rule as kings on the earth (Revelation 5:10), for behold from my God, from YHWH the heaven, and the heaven of heavens, and also from the earth, and with all that is in it is Sovereign. (Deuteronomy 10:14) We will be a priestly kingdom and a holy people (Exodus 19: 6). He has sealed the law among his disciples (Isaiah 8:16). This is the Covenant that YHWH made with the House of Israel and Judah that His law is given within me and written in my heart, He is my God (Judge שָׁפַט / Elohim אֱלֹהִים) and I belong to HIM (יְהֹוָה). (Jeremiah 31: 31-33) and Yahushua / Jesus gave me the Holy Spirit because I kept His rules and asked YHWH to receive them (Luke 11:13, Acts 5:32). Yahushua baptized me with the Holy Spirit and with fire in the name of Father (YHWH) Son (Yahushua) and the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:16, Matthew 28:19) this is a seal of God with which I am sealed until the day of redemption (Efeziers 4:30).

 

My body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit of יהוה that no one can violate, otherwise יהוה will violate the one (1 Corinthians 3: 16-17, 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20). This is the Holy Spirit (the comforter) who teaches me everything (John 14:26) Which יהוה has sent in Yahushua's name and He will teach me everything I need to know and do according to HIS WILL.

God / יהוה is Sovereign (I Chronicles 29: 11-12, I Samuel 2: 6-8, Psalms 50) and I am HIS servant / minister (Matthew 10: 24-25, John 15:16 + 20, John 13: 3- 17 {16]) of יהוה (YHWH) my God. Thus by the grace of God (YHWH / יהוה and God / ELOHIM), that makes me a Priest, King's Son and Princess and thus Sovereign.

We are the heirs of the sovereign God יְהֹוָה His Kingdom. (James 2: 5, Romans 8:17, Galatians 3:29)

 

This makes me Sire / Majesty 'Queen by the grace of God'. In this way I acknowledge that there is no government or authorities on this earth except God יְהֹוָה/Jesus (Isaiah 9:6), HIS government and I realize that as a Queen I do not reign by the grace of the pope, church, entity, demons, fallen angels, entities or man, but in that from the King of kings Yahushua יהוה His son. (Matt. 3:17, Matthew 17: 5, Isaiah 33:22, Tobit 3: 1-6, Psalm 7, Revelation 1: 5).

 

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor authorities, nor powers, nor present, nor future, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord. (Romans 8: 38-39).

 

I understand that the self proclaimed King William Alexander, according to the Dutch Constitution of 1815, has no more sovereignty but a Crown (human Kingship). According to the Dutch (human) Constitution, citizens have the right to live their own lives without the state interfering with their opinions, their beliefs or the choices they make.

 

Self-appointed Kings like Willem Alexander must act wisely and be instructed and the judges of the earth must be instructed (Psalms 2: 1-12) through Him יהוה the judge of the world (Psalm 9: 7, Tobit 3: 2) and must therefore obey His laws (Matt. 5: 16-19, Matthew 15: 9) and may not add and not diminish unto the word (Deut. 4: 1-10) and until the heavens and the earth pass away, there will not be a jot nor to pass a tittle of the law, until all is fulfilled (Matt. 5:18) and NOT the laws ordinances (STATUTES, rules of the people of this world (Matt. 15: 9, Mark 7: 7, Colossians 2:22, 1 Timothy 4: 1) when I use יהוה his legal system If there is no one listening to יהוה HIS Word then he will fight those who fight you, and He will save our children. (Isaiah 49: 14-26)

For יהוה my God shall fight for me. (Exodus 14:14, Deuteronomy 3:22 + 20:4)

Neither should anyone oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God (Leviticus 25:17, Proverbs 30:6).

In YHWH (יְהֹוָה) / ELOHIM (אֱלֹהִים) HIS legal systems take into account poor people (Deuteronomy 15: 7-18), widows and orphans (1 older family) (Exodus 22: 21-24) elderly, foreigners and sick people. In HIS law system every 7 years old debt is waived (Deuteronomy 15: 1-18).

One should not lie and steal (Exodus 22: 1-20) (10 choices: exodus 20), extorting and rampaging, blaspheming (Exodus 22: 25-27, Leviticus 25: 35-38), and false witness (Exodus 23: 1-13) and there is no acceptance of the PERSON by God that is a sin (James 2: 1 + 9, Romans 2:11, Deuteronomy 1:17, 10:17).

Rechtsregel (algemene werking)

Nederlands staatsburger

Er is geen enkele reden om aan te nemen dat ik een Nederlands Staatsburger zou zijn een slaaf van een menselijk systeem. (*lees voor de verwijzingen zelf in de Bijbel/geschriften)

 

Isaiah 24:

1. Behold יְהֹוָה maketh the earth (de aarde) empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. (de bewoners ervan.)

“Niet de inwoners/bewoners van Nederland of welk land dan ook, maar van de aarde.”

Ik ben op de gebruikelijke corruptie gestuit van het vals juridiseren van documenten.

Daarmee zijn de rechtbanken, Belastingdienst e.d. in verlegenheid gebracht, met hun eigen controle- en check afdeling 'apostille'. Het is nu gewoon zichtbaar: "The Law for thee, but not for me"! De werkwijze van ontnemingen is nu blootgelegd als een criminele werkwijze, waarmee nieuwe wetgeving per 1 april is ingegaan omtrent de plicht om schuldenaren transparant te voorzien van gevraagde info. Nu worden deurwaarders dus gedwongen om vermeende machtigingen op geldigheid te controleren. Er is al lang geen sprake meer van een 'democratische rechtsorde' a.g.v. de ondermijning door 'de nieuwe wereld orde'. Wanneer de overheid niet genoeg heeft aan 1 geheime dienst tegen gevaar vanuit het buitenland, maar een scala aan duister opererende "Informatie- en Expertisecentra" nodig heeft, gericht op het eigen volk, dan weet je dat er zich een geweten aan het ontplooien is bij de zichzelf ondermijnende overheid. Ik heb nooit God ZIJN wetten ontkent, maar ik gebruik nu juist de menselijke wetten als spiegel tegen de handhavers die de wet niet kennen en met voeten treden. Ik word nu net als zovelen systeemslachtoffers onder hetzelfde noemer geplaatst. Deze goed geoliede staatscorruptie denktank moet hun handen afblijven van mij en mijn gezin. Uitgangspunt is dat ik als acteur van de stroman/fictie genaamd natuurlijk persoon (James 2:9, Deuteronomy 1:17 + 19:15) gemachtigd zou moeten zijn in de rechtspraak en dit wordt gewoon genegeerd door de vermeende rechtbanken/rechters en andere vermeende seculaire overheden.

 

Mijn geld wil ik niet besteden aan zelf veroorzaakte oorlogen door overheden die wij niet wensen te hebben als leiders van ons volk de mensen en Geo-engineering genaamd chemtrails en aan een seculaire regering/overheid die niet mijn overheid is en het (gestolen) geld om hele andere reden uitgeeft om zijn eigen grieven te bevredigen.

Regels maken zijn prima.

Bijvoorbeeld:

Verkeersregels voor op de weg zijn erg handig om ongelukken te voorkomen en daar is niets mis mee, maar om zogenaamde menselijke wetten te maken om dan vervolgens boetes uit te kunnen delen om geld ermee te kunnen verdienen en jezelf te verrijken, dat gaat mij te ver. Dat kan en mag niet. En daar leg ik mijn grens.

Een bestuur in staatkundige zin wordt een overheid of regering (government or administration) genoemd. Functies. Doorgaans bestaat een bestuur minimaal uit een voorzitter (en vicevoorzitter ), een secretaris en een penningmeester.

Regels maken zijn prima.

Bijvoorbeeld:

Verkeersregels voor op de weg zijn erg handig om ongelukken te voorkomen en daar is niets mis mee, maar om zogenaamde menselijke wetten te maken om dan vervolgens boetes uit te kunnen delen om geld ermee te kunnen verdienen en jezelf te verrijken, dat gaat mij te ver. Dat kan en mag niet. En daar leg ik mijn grens.

 

Nogmaals:

Naar aanleiding van verschillende ontvangen poststukken van o.a. het CJIB waarin o.a. een vooraankondiging van een beschikking, besluit, boetes enz… zat, stel ik, begunstigde van het juridisch rechtssubject de privaatrechtelijke zakelijk handelend “natuurlijk” persoon (M.R.G.P. DE GIER), bij deze een juridische verklaring.*

 

Aangaande uw menselijke wetten:

Ik ben op de gebruikelijke corruptie gestuit van het vals juridiseren van documenten. Daarmee zijn de rechtbanken, Belastingdienst e.d. in verlegenheid gebracht, met hun eigen controle- en check afdeling 'apostille'. Het is nu gewoon zichtbaar: "The Law for thee, but not for me"! De werkwijze van ontnemingen is nu blootgelegd als een criminele werkwijze, waarmee nieuwe wetgeving per 1 april is ingegaan omtrent de plicht om schuldenaren transparant te voorzien van gevraagde info. Nu worden deurwaarders dus gedwongen om vermeende machtigingen op geldigheid te controleren. Er is al lang geen sprake meer van een 'democratische rechtsorde' a.g.v. de ondermijning door 'de nieuwe wereld orde'. Wanneer de overheid niet genoeg heeft aan 1 geheime dienst tegen gevaar vanuit het buitenland, maar een scala aan duister opererende "Informatie- en Expertisecentra" nodig heeft, gericht op het eigen volk, dan weet je dat er zich een geweten aan het ontplooien is bij de zichzelf ondermijnende overheid. Ik heb nooit God ZIJN wetten ontkent, maar ik gebruik nu juist de menselijke wetten als spiegel tegen de handhavers die de wet niet kennen en met voeten treden. Ik word nu net als zovelen systeemslachtoffers onder hetzelfde noemer geplaatst. Deze goed geoliede staatscorruptie denktank moet hun handen afblijven van mij en mijn gezin. Uitgangspunt is dat ik als acteur van de stroman/fictie genaamd natuurlijk persoon (James 2:9, Deuteronomy 1:17 + 19:15) gemachtigd zou moeten zijn in de rechtspraak en dit wordt gewoon genegeerd door de vermeende rechtbanken/rechters en andere vermeende seculaire overheden.

 

Mijn geld wil ik niet besteden aan oorlogen en chemtrails en aan een seculaire regering/overheid die niet mijn overheid is en het (gestolen) geld om hele andere reden uitgeeft om zijn eigen grieven te bevredigen.

Grensoverschrijdend gedrag

Een definitie van grensoverschrijdend gedrag die regelmatig wordt gebruikt is: Gedrag van de ene partij waarmee de andere partij niet instemt. Deze definitie is natuurlijk heel ruim en biedt in veel gevallen geen of onvoldoende houvast, bijvoorbeeld als er sprake is van een rechtszaak.

Wat is rechtspraak?

Een juridisch bindend document is een overeenkomst die tussen twee partijen is gesloten en waarbij specifieke handelingen zijn verboden of vereist voor een van de partijen of voor beide partijen. Een huurovereenkomst voor een appartement is bijvoorbeeld een juridisch bindend contract, omdat de huurder en de verhuurder bij de ondertekening van dit document instemmen met een aantal voorwaarden. Driehonderd jaar geleden kon je pas verhuizen als je over een zogenaamde borgbrief beschikte, waarin je oude woonplaats zich voor je garant stelde. Het zijn schriftelijke getuigenissen die tot begin 19e eeuw worden afgegeven door de bestuurders van een dorp of stad. Daarin verklaren ze dat zij iemand zullen onderhouden als hij of zij armlastig wordt.
