Theocratie

Regeringsvorm is al gemaakt door

Onze God is יְהֹוָה (YeHoVaH)

  • God Zijn naam is יְהֹוָה

JUBILEES 1:
22 And YAHWEH said to Mosheh: 'I know their contrariness and their thoughts and their stiffneckedness, and they will not be obedient till they confess their own sin and the sin of their fathers.
23 And after this they will turn to Me in all uprightness and with all their heart and with all their soul, and I will circumcise the foreskin of their heart and the foreskin of the heart of their seed, and I will create in them a kodesh spirit, and I will cleanse them so that they shall not turn away from Me from that day unto eternity.
24 And their souls will cleave to Me and to all My commandments, and they will fulfill My commandments, and I will be their ABBA (Father) and they shall be My children.

25 And they all shall be called children of the living YAHWEH, and every malak and every spirit shall know, yes, they shall know that these are My children, and that I am their ABBA in uprightness and righteousness, and that I love them.

Leviticus 26:

40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

Jeremiah 16:

19 O יְהֹוָה my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction/distress/trouble, the Gentiles/גּוֹיִם Goyim/Nations shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers/ancestors have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is nog profit.

1 Samuel 7:

3 And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the YeHoVaH with all your heartsthen put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto YeHoVaH, and serve him onlyand he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines. Psalm 116:

13 I will take the cup of salvation (יְשׁוּעָה / yeshuw`ah), and call upon the name of יְהֹוָה (Yehovah) the LORD.

Matthew 24:

45 Who then is the faithful and wise servant,

whom the master (Yahushua) has put in charge

of the servants in his household

to give them (people who seek the truth) their food* at the proper time?

46 It will be good for that servant

whose master finds him doing so when he returns.

Deuteronomy 8:

3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger,

and fed thee with manna (Heavenly food / Biblical food),

which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know;

Theonomy

Exodus 34:
28 And he (Moses) was there with יְהֹוָה forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water.
And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant (verbond), the ten commandments.

The two tables of the covenant are the ten commandments

Exodus 16:

28 And יְהֹוָה said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments (מִצְוָה/miṣvâ) and my laws (תּוֹרָה/tôrâ)?

Exodus 12:

49 One law (תּוֹרָה/tôrâ) shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.

Numbers 15:

16 One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.

29 Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

Deuteronomy 33:

4 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.

2Ch 15:

3 Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.

2Ch 19:

10 And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against יְהֹוָה and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass.

Job 22:

22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

Proverbs 28:

4 They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend/strive/wage war with them.

Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.

He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

Proverbs 29:

18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Isaiah 2:

3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of יְהֹוָה to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of יְהֹוָה from Jerusalem.

Isaiah 8:

16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

Isaiah 51:

4 Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

Mica 4:

2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Habakkuk 1:

4 Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.

Zephaniah 3:

4 Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.

Hebrews 10:
16 This is the covenant (verbond) that I will make with them after those days, saith יְהֹוָה I will put my
laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

Hebrews 8:

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Exodus 20:

And God spake all these words, saying,

I am the יְהֹוָה thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I יְהֹוָה thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments (מִצְוָה/miṣvâ).

Thou shalt not take the name of יְהֹוָה thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of יְהֹוָה thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days יְהֹוָה made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore  יְהֹוָה blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

13 Thou shalt not murder.

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

15 Thou shalt not steal.

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

These commandments are also used into the Dutch Government LAWS

NEW TESTAMENT

Many Evangelical Christians think that the 10 Commandments were done away with. This is a big lie of Satan's. It was the Ceremonial Laws of the Jews that were done away with; when Jesus- the sacrificial Lamb of God died on the Cross, they were no longer needed. The entire Sanctuary System of the Old Testament pointed to Christ and His Dying/Blood on the Cross. For a deeper study, look up these verses:

Grondwet STAAT DER NEDERLANDEN

Republic is the people delegating authority to the people that do things for them.
Kingdom is where you are subject to a king or a queen.

26 And God said, Let us make H6213 man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

31 And God saw every thing that he had made, H6213 and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; H6213 and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. H6213

4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made H6213 the earth and the heavens,

18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make H6213 him an help meet for him.

Genesis 3:
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. H6213 And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves H6213 aprons.

13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? H6213 And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done H6213 this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make H6213 coats of skins, and clothed them.

Genesis 4:
10 And he said, What hast thou done? H6213 the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

6 And it repented the LORD that he had made H6213 man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made H6213 them.

14 Make H6213 thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make H6213 in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.

15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make H6213 it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

16 A window shalt thou make H6213 to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make H6213 it.

22 Thus did H6213 Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did H6213 he.

59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

The Rich Young Ruler

Luke 18: (Mat 19:16–22;Mar 10:17–22 )

18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.

21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.

22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.

Luke 18: (Mat 19:23–30Mar 10:23–31 )

24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved?

27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

28 Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee.

29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,

30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

Clearfield Doctrine

Clearfield Doctrine Supreme Court Annotated Statute, Clearfield Trust Co. v.
United States 318 U.S. 363- 371 1942 Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme
Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States 318 U.S. 363-371
1942:

When private commercial paper is used by corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no different than (from) a mere private corporation. As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government, like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific performance are made. And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called statutes.

    Country (State)

A country, state or nation is a territory with a population and an administration that makes the rules and is allowed to use force if necessary to defend that territory.

When you say: "that country is going to attack that country" you are talking about an area in the political sense, and not about the other meaning of land: land (after all, mud doesn't fight).

    Land (Staat)

    noun

    1. The art or science of government or governing, especially the governing of a political entity, such as a nation, and the administration and control of its internal and external affairs.
    2. Political science.
    3. The activities or affairs engaged in by a government, politician, or political party.

    Psalm 67:

4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.

    Step 1:

    Exodus 19:

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

    Isaiah 40:

28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

    Daniel 4:

34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured Him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:

14 From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

Vision of the Glory of God Filling the Temple

    Ezekiel 43:

1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:

2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.

3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.

5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.

6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.

7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.

8 In their setting of their threshold by my thresholds, and their post by my posts, and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in mine anger.

9 Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.

10 Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.

11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.

12 This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.

    Adverse possession

    *See: Step 1

    English:

Adverse possession, sometimes colloquially described as "squatter's rights",[a] is a legal principle under which a person who does not have legal title to a piece of property — usually land (real property) — acquires legal ownership based on continuous possession or occupation of the property without the permission of its legal owner.[1]

In general, a property owner has the right to recover possession of their property from unauthorised possessors through legal action such as ejectment. However, in the English common law tradition, courts have long ruled that when someone occupies a piece of property without permission and the property's owner does not exercise their right to recover their property for a significant period of time, not only is the original owner prevented from exercising their right to exclude, but an entirely new title to the property "springs up" in the adverse possessor. In effect, the adverse possessor becomes the property's new owner.[2][b] Over time, legislatures have created statutes of limitations that specify the length of time that owners have to recover possession of their property from adverse possessors. In the United States, for example, these time limits vary widely between individual states, ranging from as low as three years to as long as 40 years.[3]

Although the elements of an adverse possession action are different in every jurisdiction, a person claiming adverse possession is usually required to prove non-permissive use of the property that is actual, open and notorious, exclusive, adverse and continuous for the statutory period.[4][c]

Personal property, traditionally known as 'chattel', may also be adversely possessed, but owing to the differences in the nature of real and chattel property, the rules governing such claims are rather more stringent, and favour the legal owner rather than the adverse possessor. Claims for adverse possession of chattel often involve works of art.
